There's A Place in the World For a Gambler

And he sees, oh yes, he sees.

Rest in peace, Dan. August 13, 1951- December 16, 2007.
Dan Fogelberg passed away yesterday from prostate cancer.

Yes, I am a child of the Seventies. And I loved him with all the purity of a ten year old guitar player's heart.

Ah, Dan. An integral part of the soundtrack of my youth. Godspeed.

Burning lines in the book of our lives
Though the binding cracks and the pages start to yellow
I’ll be in love with you."

That was our wedding song. Thanks for posting about his passing. Thanks, in fact, for all your posting.

May he rest in peace! 'Twin Sons of Different Mothers' is one of my favourites. He and Tim Weisberg were a phenomenal duo. Dan can never be replaced...look at what passes for music these days!

Oh gosh....wasn't he just the best lookin thing. My husband told me Monday morning and I was so sad. I was hoping to get to see him again. I placed a remembrance on my Georgia site along with a really old video of him from the
70s I found at You Tube. I loved his music and at least we still have that.
